(Not So ) Wordless Wednesday

Today I am sharing with you one of my favorite Christmas pictures of my boys together. They are holding Daniel's Teddy in this picture.

My mom made Teddy (dressed in his Santa costume, which she also made) for Daniel one year for Christmas, and it is hands down, the most special gift she ever gave him. Daniel loves Teddy. Daniel did everything with Teddy; he even took Teddy to his first year of summer camp.

And even though Daniel has long outgrown the days of taking Teddy everywhere, if you ask him what his favorite Christmas memory is, he will still tell you it was the Christmas that Mammaw gave him Teddy.



Sigh.

    Well, needless to say sweet girl, reading this MADE MY DAY!!!!!!
    The look on that precious angel's face when I handed Teddy to him is one I will remember forever!!!!!! I am so glad that he loved it so and for such a long time!!

    wow! what a sweet story! you can buy them every toy they want from the toy store, but it always seems their favorite gifts and memories are the special, unique ones

    Have enjoyed watching you develope your site over the last year and it has given me inspiration to start mine. I have a condition that effects my brain and thinking compacity so I am hesitant of doing it--but I start 2 days ago so I just hope it will make sense. If nothing else it is good stimulation and training to help me focus on a task for longer than 2 minutes. Drop by sometime. Thanks Leslie
