A Blogging Break

Starting today, I will be on a blogging break for a while. After all the months of back recovery nonsense that I have been going through, I have a lot of things that I need to finally try to accomplish around my home.

I pray God's blessings for all of you, and I'll see you soon.

In Christ,
Amy:)

1 Corinthians 14:40
"But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way."

  2. Ohhhh I'll miss you, but will keep you in my thoughts and prayers every morning when I would normally be laughing out loud or tearing up.

Blogging is great, but can certainly take up a lot of our time and energy.

I pray you are able to get a lot accomplished during this break.

    Love ya,
    Valerie

  8. Be well. Rest. No wait, you've been doing that. Have fun. I'm assuming you have been "released" to do more activities.

Since my own hibernation, I've failed to ask you.

Drop me a line and update me on your progress.

  26. Hey Friend.

After my forced break (due to no internet issues) I can honestly say there does come a point where you just gotta let some things take a back seat. I have found that my break, while not voluntary, was just what I needed. I feel like blogging again, I feel excited about it again, it began to feel like a chore. I now feel rested and rejuvinated enough to carry on and share this new life and all the craziness that goes with it.

I know I have not been around, but I have missed you immensely and will continue to as you take your sebatical. I hope this means that you have recovered well and that you have less restrictions on you rest wise, I know you have been so frustrated at having to slow down.

I have been so overwhelmed and wishing I could slow down, thankfully things seem to be settling down now. I hope they are for you too.

    Love and hugs!

  31. Oh sweet, sweet Amy...my heart breaks at your lost. I will pray that you find God in this as painful as it is and though we are not capable of understanding. Maybe what your friend has left you is the compassion one should have on others no matter what we are going through. There is always something to be gained, maybe learned. Grieve but then seek God's purpose for you in this.

My family needs prayer in that my girls will turn to God and we would be the kind of parents that demonstrate why this is so valuable in life. My pastor stated this weekend..."you can't pass on what you don't possess."

Your heart is so beautiful girl!!
