"New Year's Day is every man's birthday." ~Charles Lamb
Happy New Year, everyone!
It's exciting to start a brand new year. I don't know about you, but I am praying that this year is less eventful for me and my family than last year was, amen?
And today, is not only the beginning of the New Year, it is also the "actual" birthday of my very special blogging friend, Dianne. If you have not already, hop on over to her Deez Dayz blog and wish her a "Happy Birthday!"
So, without further ado, please join me in singing "Happy Birthday" to my sweet friend, Dianne.
♫
"Happy birthday to you;
Happy birthday to you.
Happy birthday, Dianne;
Happy birthday to you."
♫
Happy Birthday, Dianne! I pray for you a day that is as special as you are! (Ag shame, my skattie!)
Much love,
Amy:)

Yes! Happy New Year my friend. Although in my quiet time this morning... God showed me that happy might just be overrated...
I haven't been "happy" with all that has happened to us in 2008... but I have sure seen a huge growth spurt in my relationship with the Lord.

Awwww, and AG SHAME DAHLINK!!!! Thank you for making such a fuss, I love that you care.
Happy new year, and I echo your wish that our year is uneventful and grounding.
We are going to look at a flat tomorrow, maybe we will fall in love with it and finally have our own place!
I'll keep you posted, but in the mean time, loads of love and hugs from Loxlyshire!
Oh and love to the boys and Allie too.

Happy Birthday, Diane! And Happy New Year to you Amy. What a sweet friend you are. Praying that 2009 is less eventful for you and your family. Although, I'm sure 2008 brought lots of growth for you. I'm looking forward to see what God has in store for you this year.

Happy New Year to you my friend and I will continue to pray for your health and add a prayer for "less events"....well less 'trying' events such as last year and more rewarding events for this new year!!

Happy New Year, sweets.
I'll have to stop by Diane's.
My mom's 58th bday was yesterday also. My grampa also died on her bday 25 years ago. Wow...so long ago.
I like your new sided shot of you and Shan on your side bar but it hides your pert-ty face!!
*sniff-sniff* I'm always a day late and a dollar short. :(
Happy New Years to you and your lovely family and remember what I said, "This will be your year" - and by that, of course, I mean it will also be "our" year ;)
Happy belated birthday Dianne!! I hope you're feeling better :) Now I'm gonna run over to her spot and tell her in semi person ;)
Take care - hope you're catching up on your bed rest. :)

Happy New year AMY!!!
Love and hugs!!!
Weather in the Spring in Germany is kinda unpredictable. My parents came in March last year and it SNOWED. By May it should be pretty nice, though. Still cold at night, but maybe more like the high 50s low 60s during the day :)
Happy Birthday to Dianne and Happy New Year to you Amy!
Kellan
Happy New Year to you and your wonderful family, my dear friend, Amy!
