(Not So) Wordless Wednesday

One morning, a couple of weeks ago, while Shannon was getting ready for work, he decided to have a little fun at my expense.

When he got out of the shower, this is what he walked in on.

Allie and I were sleeping so soundly together.

Sigh.

He got tickled at his two girls sleeping together, so he grabbed the camera and took this picture.

I do love that man.

And I love that Allie Girl.

Also, since most of you know that Allie has a torn ACL, I thought you might appreciate these next photos.

Let me set the stage for you first though. Allie is what is known in some places as a "couch potato." She love, love, loves the couch. But with her ACL being torn, we do not want her to hurt herself more by jumping on and off the couch all day. So, in order to keep her off of the couch, we keep the couch pillows turned down. This system has worked very well for us.

Sometimes though, Shannon or the boys we forget to lay the pillows back down once we get off of the couch ourselves. Like the other morning, for instance,
Shannon someone forgot to lay the pillow back down, and this is what happened.

Is it just me, or does she look like she feels guilty?

I'm just saying.

Sigh.

I do love that Allie! :)

Genesis 1:25
"God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good."

AAAWWWWW! She is such a cutie. Now you have to know she really must be cute, coz I am NOT a dog person, at all.

If I ever were to get a dog, it would have to be one just like Allie. (Cover her ears when you read this, I'm guessing she doesn't know she's a dog - she is your baby after all)

Me thinks its time for "doggie steps" those little stairs that push up to a couch or bed so the small dog OR dog with a handicap can climb up.
Hope you have a wonderful day!!

Awwwww! What a cutie. She definetly looks guilty on the couch. Animals aern't stupid. They know when they do something wrong or if something just isn't quite right in the home. They are amazing creatures! Animals sure make me SMILE!

Love,
Nicole

What a good little snuggle bunny! They are the best. We are still trying to deprogram Lucy Mae. While we were at the beach, she stayed at the grands. My mother and father-in-law always spoil her. She's their favorite grand-dog! Now she thinks I should make her pancakes in the morning!

p.s. I love the hair on the previous post!!

Don't you just love dogs?!?! I laugh at my little Yorkie everyday - she brightens my day because of all the "funny" stuff she does.
